WHY WOMEN’S WORK?
We feel a time of presence and connection is needed amongst women to heal us from separation and self- abandonment – and in that, contribute to heal parts in the masculine as well. Alongside men’s work – where men receive the support of other men, we can create a very powerful tribute to humanity. To heal our wounding and open our hearts to receive the present, current, challenging times.
THE NEW FEMININE
Together we are discovering the new feminine – to understand our cultural conditioning and internal structure of the world. To learn that a fully integrated individual is a unique and balanced expression of both masculine and feminine traits. Instead of focussing on what we have accomplished, we will explore and celebrate what we can create, together.
JOIN
This is an invitation to all women, to come and deepen the connection to yourself and to other women for the purpose of growth and transformation. To bring home the embodied new feminine. We offer space for 20 – 25 women, to open and amplify the field of interconnectedness, and shared interest to collaborate, explore and create together.

- Opening circle
- Fully guided breathwork session (Holotropic Breathwork)
- Inquiry into the “shadow”
- Healthy lunch and snacks
- Guided embodiment exercise
- Meeting through sharing
- Supporting the authentic feminine
- Closing Circle

About Katrien:
Katrien Franken is a breath and bodyworker, group facilitator and founder of Open Up (www.openup.world). She is part of the first Nordic Women’s Gathering; a new women’s movement for growth and transformation. http://nordicwomensgathering.com. Her dedication is to offer light into darker places and to uncover the human potential. She guides men and women from all over the world and feels it is a profound honor to facilitate breathwork and to support those undertaking deep transformational journeys. “I’m interested in the complementarity roles and mutual understanding and appreciation, for a more humanize humanity.
About Jasmien:
She is a bodyworker, therapist, group facilitator and founder of Art of Energy (www.art-of-energy.nl) Besides of running her own business and teaching classes, she loves co-creating inspiring workshops and projects. One of her passions is exploring how body and mind interact within consciousness. The core of her work is an invitation to see what happens when thought processes are realigned with intuition and with physical intelligence. Reconnecting those three centers triggers a huge potential for growth, expansion and – as a consequence – joy.
