One Day Slow Down & Create Retreat

This One Day Retreat is all about slowing down and stepping into your creativity. On this day we will let go of the need to ‘be productive’ and get our hands dirty while claying our own (cacao)cup. The aim of this day is to re-connect with a sense of purposeless fun. To do that, we will relax and unwind through meditation, sharing and a balancing and slow yoga practice. Then we will work with with the grounding and earthy qualities of clay to make our own cacao cup in a mindful way that promotes focussing on the process instead of the result.
