ETHER is the element that holds all other elements. It is the background of everything. Were it not there, there would be nothing. This most subtle element is everywhere, even if we don’t see it. The element ETHER consists of vibrations.

The Team

 

Fleur van Zonneveld: For Fleur, yoga is going on an adventure with and to yourself. Adventures are at their best when you surrender to what is. In line with this, yoga is about listening, experiencing and being. Each class is a journey in itself. And after more than 10 years of teaching, she still finds each adventure equally magical. Fleurs lessons are carried by the breath, with space and attention for energy work. Her retreats are sometimes full of movement, sometimes completely silent. Fleur is the main space holder of this five month program and will guide your through the entire journey.

 

Linde Jelena: With her great passion to empower people, Linde is always exploring how to guide people to a more relaxed, lighter and happy life. Since 2016, she has been coaching people in deep breathing techniques, swimming in ice water and self-love.  Some of the words people give back after a session are; much more confident, relaxed, enlightened feeling, fulfilled, grateful and powerful. During The Art of Selfcare, she will guide you through your ice bath experience, with deep breathing techniques and self-love.

 

Cindy Belmon: The breath is our greatest teacher: it invites us to be here. To embrace being human. To feel. As a breathworkcoach Cindy helps people on their journey into the inner world. Seeing, embracing, accepting: acknowledging all that you are and what lies ahead of you, and fully occupying your space. Cindy is partner at One Day Retreats and spaceholder for this 5 month program. She will be facilitating the circular breahting circle and guiding you through the five month journey.

 

Sieta Maria van Horck: As a Consciousness Guide, Sieta connects traditional psychology with spirituality and transpersonal guidance in order to form a holistic understanding of what it means to be a human-being in this current time. Sieta is passionate about conscious communication practices and hosts Authentic Relating play events. Authentic Relating is the practice of bringing our truth into connection with others’, so that we can weave a more rich and truthful human experience. She creates and facilitates gatherings and rituals that allow us to transform our relationship to ourselves, ‘others’ and the Earth.
