Allow yourself to disconnect from your daily grind as you enjoy daily yoga & meditation classes surrounded by endless serenity. Feel your thoughts subside while meditating on top of the tranquil Tuscan hills and have a taste of ‘La Dolce Vita’ with delicious Italian food that will make your soul sing. We will take you on an inner journey through the five elements and will explore a different element in our practise everyday.
Picture yourself floating blissfully in an infinity pool with an endless view overlooking the valley. If you feel adventurous we will guide you on a silent hike through a magical fairy forest to the sanctuary of La Verna – that optional massage will feel even more rewarding upon your return. Each day is sealed with shared dining over communal tables while you enjoy the views, good company and if you wish – a glass of organic, Italian wine. This week invites you to reconnect to the depths of your heart and replenish it with love, joy and openness.
We invite you to go on this inner journey with us.
Had an amazing relaxed retreat with a wonderful group of individuals. The location is magnificent and really adds to the overall experience. Lisanne and Emma are the sweetest teachers and really took care of all the details. When is the next retreat? I’ll be there.”

This rejuvenating retreat is guided by Emma and Lisanne who are passionate yoga teachers that specialise in vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga. The course is led in English, with both teachers also fluent in Dutch.
Emma’s exploration along the path of self-enquiry started with a journey around the globe in 2011. These travels guided her to India, a place that became a second home over the years and where she trained to become a yoga teacher. A few years ago she completed a 200hr multi-style teacher training, followed by a completion of a Yin TTC and further specialising in Prenatal yoga.
You will find her classes to have a strong emphasises on going within and exploring the self, using asana and breathwork as a vehicle to see what’s really happening inside. Her classes will invite you to face and sometimes challenge yourself, but always with a strong sense of compassion and never to the extend of pushing too hard. Yoga is not about getting deeper into certain poses. It’s about going deeper within, looking into your soul. A lifelong journey with one destination: your true self – or in other words: home.
We recommend you to have a look at www.skyscanner.nl for an overview of (cheap) flights to Florence, Pisa or Bologna. The prices vary between €60,- and €200,-, depending on the airport. Flights from Eindhoven are generally cheaper than flights from Amsterdam.
The accommodation is about a 1,5 hour drive from Florence. Pisa & Bologna are about 2 hours away. The easiest (and cheapest) way to reach the accommodation is by renting a car (and maybe share this with other participants). Rental prices already start from €20,- for a whole week! Have a look at https://www.kayak.nl/cars for the up to date prices.
Another option is to take the train to Arezzo and we will pick you up from there. From the airport you can take a train to Arezzo train station. For train schedules, please have a look here.
Please note: a transfer pick-up from Arezzo train station costs €60,- per one way.
