Day 1: Surrender
During day 1 we will deepen into surrender. When the body has the space to breathe out, the nervous system can relax and open. Tension can unwind and a new space becomes available inside. We will practice and experience:
- Sacred feminine practices to deepen into your softness, surrender and openness
- Finding safety in your body
- Free movement, Dance & Qigong
- Authentic Relating
- Sacred sharing circle
- Practices to open and deepen your intuitive abilities
Day 2: Rise
During day 2 we will rise more full into our power. Now that there is a more relaxed body available, a deeper power becomes accessible inside. We will practice and experience:
- Sacred feminine practices to deepen into your sexuality, rawness and wildness
- Exploring aspects of the mature and immature wild woman and her range of emotions
- Free movement, Dance & Qigong
- Authentic Relating
- Sacred sharing circles
- Practices to open and deepen your intuitive abilities
